14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quanloop, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site; your breach of these Terms or any other legal policies published on this Site (including our Job Applicant Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy); your violation of any law or the rights of any third party; or any content or information you submit or transmit through the Site.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Waiver
No failure or delay by us in exercising any right or remedy shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy, nor shall it preclude or restrict any further exercise of that right or any other right.
Assignment
We may assign, transfer, or subcontract our rights and obligations under these Terms at any time. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of such third-party sites. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, industrial action, pandemics, or failure of telecommunications or internet infrastructure.
