Quanloop is building and running a security‑sensitive investment platform. We are hiring iOS Engineers in Budapest to develop and maintain our native iOS application, ship reliable features, and keep mobile quality high as the product evolves.

This is an office‑first role based in Budapest.

Role snapshot

• Working model: Office‑first (on‑site).
• Hiring basis: Local hiring for the Budapest office location.
• Language: English‑first working language.
• Reporting line: You report to a Tech Lead; Tech Leads report into Head of Engineering and/or the CTO.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Build and maintain native iOS features in Swift.
• Deliver product changes with predictable behaviour, clean architecture and maintainable code.
• Partner with backend and front-end teams on API integration and workflow consistency.
• Collaborate with Product Owner, QA and Design on scope, edge cases and release readiness.
• Debug production issues and contribute to stability and performance improvements.
• Keep mobile code review discipline and practical documentation where it helps delivery.
• Contribute to shared engineering standards and consistent delivery habits.

What success looks like in the first 3–6 months

• You ship iOS changes that are stable, readable and easy to extend.
• Mobile releases become more predictable, with fewer avoidable regressions.
• Integration with backend workflows improves through clearer contracts and fewer surprises.

What we’re looking for

• Commercial experience building and maintaining native iOS apps in Swift.
• Strong fundamentals in mobile architecture, debugging and performance.
• Comfortable integrating with APIs and handling real-world edge cases.
• Comfortable with code review and shared engineering standards.
• Fintech or regulated/high‑scrutiny environment experience is preferred.
• Clear written and spoken communication in English.
• Comfortable working on site with a team.
