Infrastructure
The Infrastructure team is responsible for operational readiness and production reliability at Quanloop. The work supports engineering delivery through secure access, stable environments and practical controls, in close coordination with Risk and Compliance and Client Operations. For these roles, on-site work is the default.
What we run
We keep environments, access, internal IT foundations and operational tooling secure and supportable day to day. In a security-sensitive business, changes need to be made carefully and responsibilities need to stay clear.

Production ownership, shared outcomes
We are responsible for operational readiness and reliability, and we work closely with Engineering on sustainable delivery.

We prefer predictable changes and clear accountability over quick fixes that create hidden risk.
Security as day-to-day work
We harden environments, manage access responsibly and keep operational hygiene in good order.
Incidents lead to improvement
When issues happen, we focus on root causes and practical follow-up that reduces the chance of recurrence.
On site for controlled access
Much of the work requires on-site collaboration and controlled access, especially around core infrastructure and security operations.
