We run the day‑to‑day operations that keep the platform trustworthy: onboarding, verification, KYC/AML workflows and client support. The work is detail‑heavy and standards‑driven—often in shifts and across multiple languages.

We handle onboarding and identity checks, ongoing screening and monitoring, account maintenance and case resolution. Accuracy matters: we keep records consistent and work closely with Risk and Compliance on controls, and with Engineering on automation where it makes sense.
