Quanloop works as one business across Europe, with regulated companies supporting different parts of its investment activities. We have grown by keeping the fundamentals in place: careful work, clear responsibilities and standards that hold up over time.
Origins & Direction
Quanloop’s story began in Estonia in 2019. From the outset, the business was built with a long-term view: clear responsibilities, careful decisions and standards that could hold as the company grew. That early approach still shapes how Quanloop works today.

Security is part of the work
We treat security as part of day-to-day work. Access is limited, changes are reviewed, and incidents are dealt with properly when they happen.
Move with care, not drag
We work at a good pace without losing control. Changes stay manageable, expectations are clear, and the work still holds up afterwards.
Plain language, useful process
We keep things clear where we can. We prefer plain English, straightforward disclosures and workflows people can follow without guesswork.
Growth over time
2019
Early foundations
We started building the foundations of the business, including early engineering routines, client operations and the first versions of the web and mobile experience.
2020
Working through disruption
We kept service and support running through disruption, tightened monitoring and incident response, and stayed close to simple systems that could be relied on.
2021
Strengthening the platform
We improved access control, clarified incident handling and introduced more regular cross-team review as the platform and the business continued to grow.
2022
Broadening product and operations
We improved onboarding and account processes, strengthened KYC and AML operations, and introduced shared ways of working that made delivery more consistent.
2023
Reliability and scale
We improved release and operational reliability, recovered faster when issues arose, and worked more closely across Tallinn and Vilnius on delivery and operations.
2024
Limassol as headquarters
We strengthened Limassol as the group’s headquarters, bringing key work closer together and improving day-to-day coordination, mentoring and cross-team work.
2025
Expanding in Budapest
We closed our Vilnius hub and expanded our presence in Budapest, building a stronger base for delivery and operations while keeping standards aligned across offices.
2026
Where we are today
Today Quanloop works across Limassol (HQ), Tallinn and Budapest. We are hiring across engineering, ICT, risk and compliance, client operations, and marketing and communications, while keeping a long-term approach to how the business is run.
