Our Story

Quanloop is a European group operating an investment platform and supporting regulated financial services through subsidiaries. We’ve grown by keeping the basics non‑negotiable: security, quality and clear ownership — and by building an operating model that scales across locations as we expand in Europe.

The Genesis

We started in Estonia in 2019 and moved quickly from early validation to a production operating model. From the beginning, we prioritised disciplined execution: security‑sensitive work, clear standards, and decisions that can be explained. Instead of chasing hype, we focused on building reliable systems — and a culture where people solve complex problems in practical ways.

Milestones and Achievements

2019

From beta to foundations

We moved from early beta to a working foundation: core routines for engineering and client operations, documented patterns, and the first versions of our web and mobile experience.

2020

Operating through disruption

We kept service and support running through disruption, tightened monitoring and incident response, and reinforced a preference for simple, reliable systems over complexity for its own sake.

2021

Hardening the platform

We raised the bar on robustness: stronger access control, clearer incident playbooks, better observability and regular cross‑team reviews to keep quality consistent as the platform grew.

2022

Expanding product and operations

We improved onboarding and account journeys, strengthened KYC/AML operations with clearer playbooks, and introduced shared patterns that made delivery faster without losing consistency.

2023

Reliability and scale-up

We improved release discipline and operational reliability: fewer change failures, faster recovery, and stronger cross‑office collaboration between Tallinn and Vilnius on delivery and operations.

2024

Limassol as HQ

We strengthened our Limassol hub as HQ, bringing key workstreams closer together to improve speed of alignment, mentoring and cross‑team execution.

2025

New hub in Budapest

We transitioned from our Vilnius hub and expanded our presence in Budapest, building a stronger base for delivery and operations while keeping our standards consistent across offices.

2026

Where we are today

Today we operate across Limassol (HQ), Tallinn and Budapest. We’re hiring to strengthen delivery and operations—engineering, ICT, risk & compliance, client operations and go‑to‑market—while keeping security and quality non‑negotiable.
