Quanloop is hiring a technical recruiter in Hungary to support ongoing IT hiring linked to Budapest. This is a hands-on role with a clear focus: direct sourcing, candidate screening, recruiter interviews, and keeping technical hiring moving properly.
We need someone senior enough to work difficult roles without much hand-holding, and practical enough to stay close to the work. You should be comfortable finding people directly, speaking with them early, and helping move good candidates through a structured process.
This is a full-time role based in Hungary, with flexibility to work from home. You will still need to meet candidates in person in Budapest on a regular basis, so this role needs someone who can be present locally when needed.

What you’ll be responsible for
- Sourcing and headhunting technical candidates in Hungary
- Building and maintaining candidate pipelines for engineering, infrastructure, and security roles
- Screening candidates in English and Hungarian
- Running recruiter interviews and assessing fit against role requirements
- Coordinating interview stages with technical stakeholders
- Using structured interviews and scorecards in a consistent way
- Taking hiring processes through to offer stage, after which HR takes over
- Working closely with technical leadership on active hiring needs
What success looks like in the first 3-6 months
- Strong candidate pipelines are in place for harder technical roles
- Hiring managers are seeing better-matched candidates enter process
- Candidate flow is more reliable across ongoing technical hiring
- Interviews are being handled in a structured, consistent way
- You have become a dependable point of delivery for technical hiring in Hungary
