Quanloop is building and running a security‑sensitive investment platform. We are hiring Site Reliability Engineers to strengthen production reliability and operational readiness across our hubs.
This is an office‑first role based on site in Budapest or Limassol. We hire locally for the office location.

What you’ll be responsible for
- Improve production reliability and operational readiness in a cloud-first, Kubernetes-based environment.
- Strengthen monitoring and operational visibility so teams can detect and resolve issues effectively.
- Drive reliability improvements that reduce repeat incidents and make operations more predictable.
- Partner with Engineering on delivery constraints, production readiness, and sustainable change.
- Contribute to operational documentation and standards that teams can follow in practice.
- Support incident follow-ups with clear ownership, root-cause focus, and practical remediation.
- Work closely with Security and Infrastructure leadership where security constraints affect operations.
What success looks like in the first 3–6 months
- Production becomes more predictable: fewer recurring issues and clearer operational ownership.
- Monitoring and operational routines are improved in ways teams actually use.
- Engineering delivery and SRE operations are better aligned, with fewer surprises and cleaner handovers.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience supporting production systems in an SRE/operations role.
- Hands-on experience in cloud-first environments and Kubernetes-based operations.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and calm judgement under pressure.
- Comfortable working with disciplined change and operational standards.
- Clear written and spoken communication in English.
- Comfortable working on site with a team.
