Quanloop is building and running a security‑sensitive investment platform. We are hiring multiple Product Designers (UX/UI) in Budapest to improve web and mobile experiences and to help teams ship clearer, more consistent product workflows.
This is an office‑first role based in Budapest.
Role snapshot
- Working model: Office‑first (on‑site).
- Hiring basis: Local hiring for the Budapest office location.
- Language: English‑first working language.
- Reporting line: You report to the Head of Engineering and/or the CTO.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Design and iterate user-facing workflows across mobile and web, with strong attention to clarity and usability.
- Turn requirements into practical user journeys, including edge cases, states, and constraints.
- Produce UI designs that are detailed enough to ship: components, patterns, and interaction behaviour.
- Work closely with UI Developers (HTML/CSS) and Front-End Engineers (React) to ensure designs are implementable and consistent.
- Partner with Product Owners, QA and Engineering to define scope, acceptance criteria and release readiness.
- Contribute to design system thinking: consistency across screens, reusable patterns, and a shared design language.
- Validate design choices through practical feedback loops and iteration on shipped work.
What success looks like in the first 3–6 months
- You ship improvements across both web and mobile that make key workflows clearer and more consistent.
- Design handover becomes smoother: fewer missing states, fewer unclear interactions, fewer implementation rework loops.
- The product becomes more coherent through reusable patterns and stronger design consistency.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience designing production web and mobile products; portfolio must include shipped work.
- Strong mobile UX/UI competence (iOS/Android patterns, navigation, states, real-world constraints).
- Strong web UI/UX judgement and awareness of current patterns and expectations.
- Comfortable working in environments where precision and clarity matter.
- Experience with design systems and maintaining consistency across product surfaces.
- Comfortable working with engineers and owning design details through to shipped outcomes.
- Clear written and spoken communication in English.
- Comfortable working on site with a team.
