We are hiring an Office & Administrative Associate in Limassol. This is a hands-on, office-based role focused on the practical work that keeps the office running day to day and takes routine administrative tasks off the Executive Associate’s desk.
The role covers front-of-office support, meeting room setup, deliveries, supplies, basic documentation, calls, follow-ups, and other recurring tasks that need to be done properly and on time. It suits someone organised, reliable, comfortable dealing with people, and willing to handle routine work without constant supervision.

Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for visitors, couriers and service providers
- Welcome guests and direct them as needed
- Prepare meeting rooms and serve guests
- Monitor and restock office supplies, groceries, kitchen items and consumables
- Receive deliveries and store items in an organised manner
- Handle incoming and outgoing couriers and packages
- Make calls, follow up on requests and help keep routine tasks moving
- Prepare and maintain documents, records and internal materials
- Keep office-related records organised and up to date
- Take on routine office and administrative tasks from the team
- Assist with ad-hoc day-to-day tasks as needed
What success looks like in the first 3-6 months
- Day-to-day office tasks are handled reliably and without repeated follow-up
- Visitors and external contacts are received properly
- Meeting rooms, supplies, deliveries and stock are kept in order
- Administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time
- The team has more capacity for higher-level work
What we’re looking for
- Experience in office support, administration or a similar hands-on role
- Strong organisational skills and good attention to detail
- Strong written and spoken English and Greek
- Confidence making calls and dealing directly with suppliers, service providers and visitors
- Clear writing and solid documentation skills
- A reliable, practical and self-managed approach to routine work
- A professional manner and good judgement in day-to-day interactions
- Ability to work on site in Limassol full time
