Quanloop is building and running a security‑sensitive investment platform. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist in Limassol to keep day‑to‑day internal IT running smoothly for an office‑first organisation.
This is an on‑site role based in our Limassol office.

- Reporting line: You report to the Head of Infrastructure.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Provide on‑site IT support for employees: day‑to‑day troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Support device setup, workplace IT, and basic internal systems access in coordination with Infrastructure.
- Follow joiner/mover/leaver processes and support onboarding/offboarding logistics on site.
- Handle hardware and peripherals setup, replacements, and inventory tracking.
- Escalate incidents and recurring issues to the right owners (Infrastructure, Systems Administration, Security) with clear notes.
- Maintain clear records of requests and resolutions so work is traceable and repeatable.
- Support office IT needs (meeting rooms, connectivity basics, workplace tools) as required.
What success looks like in the first 3–6 months
- On‑site IT issues are resolved quickly and consistently, with fewer recurring problems.
- Device provisioning and office onboarding runs smoothly with clear ownership and fewer delays.
- Requests and resolutions are documented well enough that the team can spot patterns and improve.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in on‑site IT support in a corporate environment.
- Comfortable handling device setup and day‑to‑day troubleshooting.
- Strong service mindset with clear boundaries and disciplined documentation.
- Comfortable working with access-related requests and escalation in a security‑sensitive context.
- Clear written and spoken communication in English.
- Comfortable working on site with a team.
