  • Office-first as the default: Most work is done on site in our hubs. That suits the way we work: secure delivery, quicker alignment and practical collaboration.
  • Flexibility where the role allows: Some roles may allow limited hybrid work after probation, depending on access requirements and team needs.

Pay & rewards

  • Performance bonus, depending on the role: Some roles include a bonus element. Where this applies, the structure is explained early in the process.
  • Base pay, by location: Pay is set by role and location and aligned with local market practice.

  • Health cover, based on location: We provide health cover in line with the local system in each hub. What applies depends on the country and the role.
  • Local wellness support, where it applies: Depending on location, this may include wellness allowances, preventive check-ups or other health-related support.
